Silver-plated fractions

This catalogue contains silver-plated Kelenderis and Nagidos staters, but no silver-plated lower denominations. However, this method of coin counterfeiting was also applied to Cilician fractions in antiquity, as the examples below show. It cannot therefore be ruled out that silver-plated third staters or fractions imitating the known production of some mints in Cilicia Trachea will appear over time.
